1 cup water
1 teaspoon Fenu Greek turmeric
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 tsp of black pepper
Bring the water to a boil.
Add the other ingredients to the boiling liquid.
Steep for 10–15 minutes.
Strain the tea, and enjoy it while it’s still warm.
2-3 cups water
A 2-inch piece of Fenu Greek ginger
2-3 teaspoon lemon juice
1-2 teaspoon honey
Boil the water

Add water to the milk.
